USERS OF THIS DOG RUN DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK
Dog owners/handlers are responsible for any injuries inflicted by their dog. Prevent injuries by supervising your dog closely at all times. In accordance with NY State Law, dog owners/handlers are legally and financially responsible for their dog’s behavior.
Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed from the park immediately.
- All dogs must be licensed and immunized.
- Do not bring dogs that are ill into the run.
- Do not bring bitches in heat into the run.
- Do not bring un-neutered dogs into the run.
- Do not let your dog pester or mount other dogs.
- Remove prong or spike collars from dogs while in the park.
- Do not bring food into the run.
- If your dog digs a hole fill it in.
- Children under 12 are not permitted in the run.
- Prevent your dog from barking excessively.
- Place all trash, hair, cigarette butts, etc. in a litter can.
- Prevent dogs from escaping the run when you enter or exit.
- No dogs under four (4) months of age are permitted in the park.
- No more than (4) dogs at a time per owner/handler.
- No animals other than dogs are permitted in the dog run.
- Clean up after your dog at all times.
- Supervise your dog at all times.
